Stovetop is best: Place frozen meatless meatballs into lightly simmering sauce in last 15 mins of cooking. Simmer until hot throughout. Let stand for 2 mins and serve.
Conventional oven/toaster oven: Preheat to 450ºF. Bake frozen meatless meatballs on a non stick baking sheet for 15-20 mins until browned and hot throughout. Add to your favorite sauce.
Sauté: In a non stick fry pan over medium heat, add small amount of vegetable oil. Sauté frozen meatless meatballs, covered, until browned and hot throughout, approx 13-15 mins. Then add to your favorite sauce.
