ingredients

  • 1 baggardein beefless tips
  • 6small tortillas
  • 1 cupprepared green salsa
  • 2 tbspchopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 tbspfresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tspminced garlic
  • pinchseasalt
  • pinchblack pepper
  • 1 tblspvegetable oil
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 1 tbspchopped onion
  • 1 cupcooked corn
  • 1shredded green cabbage or romaine lettuce

Defrost beefless tips for 5-10 minutes.

For the marinade:
Combine 1/3 cup of prepared green salsa, 1 tblsp chopped cilantro, 2 tsp fresh lime juice, 1 tsp minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.

Cut tips in half and marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat stainless steel sauté pan, add oil and sear beefless tips for 3 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile combine avocado salsa ingredients in medium bowl and set aside.

For the Avocado Salsa:
Combine 2/3 cup of prepared green salsa, 1/2 diced avocado, 1 tblsp chopped cilantro, 1 tblsp chopped onion, 2 tsp lime juice, 1/2 tsp minced garlic.

Warm tortillas.

Put beefless tips in middle of tortilla with avocado salsa, lettuce, corn and fold.

Chef Tip: Garnish with your choice of green onions, shredded cheese, chopped fresh cilantro, lime wedges.

    I cannot eat GMO foods on a regular basis as they cause me severe stomach problems. I am so glad to hear that you use Non-GMO foods. You should advertise this on the packaging (Like Amy’s) to make it clear to the consumer. I tried your products several years ago and found them quite good. Now that I know you use Non-GMO foods, I will try them again.

    I love your meatless meatballs, and chicken tenders. I plan on trying your other meatless products. Your product is great tasting. I have just recently decided to become a vegetarian and this has helped me transition.
