Gardein’s founder, Yves Potvin and Chef Phoebe Lapine hosted a delicious Meatless Monday event in NYC this past week and everyone got to experience a tastebud joyride!

This special event focused on a cooking class which included an interactive evening of food, drinks, cookery and conversation.

Not only did individuals taste and experience the plant protein that’s sweeping the nation off their meat, but they also learned new culinary skills while preparing specially created gardein recipes by Chef Phoebe Lapine.
