chick'n sandwich with jalapeno lime coleslaw
- 1 package gardein crispy tenders
- 4 french rolls
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 8slices swiss cheese (or vegan option)
- a heapdressed coleslaw
jalapeno lime coleslaw
- 1/2 cup mayo (or vegan option)
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbspolive oil
- 1/4 cupcilantro, coarsely chopped
- 4medium sized jalapeno peppers, diced
- 16 oz packcabbage and carrot coleslaw
preparationJalapeño Lime Coleslaw
Whisk mayo, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar and lime juice. In a separate bowl add, coleslaw, cilantro and peppers. Pour mayo mix on top of slaw and mix until coated.
Cook chicken according to package directions. Build your sandwich and heap on the slaw!
