fire roasted tomatoes
- 4plum tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp cilantro, chopped
- to tastefine sea salt and course pepper
preparationPreheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the tomatoes cut side up on baking sheet. Cover tomatoes with olive oil, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Roast tomatoes until they start to caramelize approximately 30 minutes.
