sweet cranberry orange meatless meatballs
- 1 pckgpuff pastry (vegan option available)
- 1 can (14oz)cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cupred wine
- 1-2 cupsorange marmalade
- 1 bottle (12oz)chili sauce
- 1 pkgmeatless meatballs
Follow instructions on package to thaw puff pastry.
Thaw Gardein meatless meatballs for 10 minutes. Divide each one in half and roll slightly to create smaller meatless meatballs.
Combine cranberries, orange jam, wine and chili sauce in a large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth. Add meatless meatballs. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or until meatless meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400° F. Lightly spray mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Roll out pastry and cut into squares (each package should make 24 small squares). Place each square in mini muffin tin and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and gently press the center down with the back of a spoon to create a well for the meatless meatball. Spoon 1 meatless meatball with some of the sauce into each pastry and serve!
